Equipment

  • Immersion handheld blender

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Cannellini beans
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 Handful Thyme leaves half to mix into dip and other half for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 Pinch Coarse pepper

Instructions

  • Roast the Garlic Until Golden and Sweet
Preheat your oven to 370°F (188°C). Place whole garlic cloves on a sheet of aluminum foil, drizzle with a bit of olive oil, then wrap them up snugly. Roast for 1 hour, until the garlic is soft, caramelized, and packed with flavor. Let it cool slightly before handling.
  • Prep Your Creamy Cannellini Bean Base
Drain and rinse one can of cannellini beans. Add them to a mixing bowl along with the roasted garlic cloves, remaining olive oil, and a generous pinch of salt and black pepper.
    Mixture before blending
  • Blend It to Smooth Perfection
Use an immersion blender to blend everything until ultra-creamy. Once smooth, stir in half of the fresh thyme leaves to add a burst of earthy flavor.
  • Plate and Add a Sweet, Spicy Finish
Scoop the dip into your serving bowl. Drizzle with hot honey for a touch of heat and sweetness, then sprinkle the remaining thyme leaves on top. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh veggies—and dig in!
